Exactly what i've been praying for.
I am a nervous wreck. I mean, I've prayed for my home and I know that realistically either I get it or I don't but this waiting is tough. I've claimed my home in Jesus name and i'm really hoping this is it. My agent advised the listing agent has already gotten offers but none of them were accepted because the bank wants full price plus doesn't want to pay closing costs. I put in full price and asked for zero help with closing costs.
I will get an answer tomorrow.
