I'm so excited!!! And I just can't hide it!!!!
It's almost Saturday, hurray!!! My agent sent me an email this afternoon letting me know that of the 13 properties I asked her to look into, 6 of them are FHA, 2 are not (awwww) and 5 she is still waiting for status. This means that at the least I will hopefully get to look at 6 places that i've already browsed on the internet.
In other news I have my down payment ready to go so if need be I can definitely make an offer very very soon. Woo!!!
I'm praying this will fall into place. I'll be sure to take my camera and upload a few pics once done this weekend.
